摘要
回顾了氧化铁脱硫技术的发展历程。指出活性氧化铁在常低温下能将H2S精脱除至0.1~1ppm以下,可同200~350℃下中温氧化铁脱硫相媲美.讨论了氧化铁常低温精脱硫的理论依据。介绍了太原工业大学近年开发的TG型氧化铁系列脱硫剂的性能及应用。
The development of desulfurization process using iron oxide is reviewed. Practical results show that active' iron chide' may easily remove H2S to very low content (below 0. 1-lppm) at ambient/low temperature, therefore its high purifying efficiency is comparable to ZnO used at 200~350℃ for H2S removal. Theoritical explanation is given on basis of cheynical equilibrum of SLP first order reaction and crystal structures. A series of TG type iron chide desufurbor with their properties are recommended for fine purification of variety of industrial gases from H2S.
