摘要
运用催化剂设计理论,研制了一系列丙烷氨氧化制丙烯腈的钒-锑系催化剂,并在固定床微型反应器中进行了对比考察。得到较佳的催化剂为VSbmWnKd4Ox(PAC-34),载体为SIAL,其丙烷转化率为63.7%,丙烯腈选择性为43.7%,丙烯腈收率为27.8%,接近国外较好的催化剂水平。本文还研究了助催化剂、反应条件、载体等因素对催化性能的影响。
A series of vanadium-antimony based catalysts for propane ammoxidation to acrylonitrile(AN) were designed, prepared and studied according to the theory of catalyst design. The catalysts were tested for performance by means of a fixed bed micro-reactor, with reaction temperature of 500℃, feed ratio of C3H8/NH3/O2/N2/H2O= 1/2/2/7. 5/3 and contact time of 3.6-4.5s. The best catalyst VSbmWaKd4 Ox/SIAL (PAC-34) gave propane conversion 63. 7%, AN selectivity 43. 7% and AN yield 27. 8%. The effect of auxiliary catalysts, reaction conditions and supporters on the catalytic performance was also studied.
