摘要
本文对某荧光灯厂37名男工的生殖功能调查研究的结果表明:工人在作业环境汞浓度超标情况下作业,导致体内汞负荷水平的增高。血汞和精汞含量(分别为0.0581mg/L和0.0270mg/L)均比对照组(分别为0.0109mg/L和0.0139mg/L)增高,P<0.01。工人的生殖功能也受到一定的影响,表现为精液量减少、液化时间延长、精子的密度减小、一次射精的精子数减少、活精率下降、精子畸形率增高。同时,还观察到汞对作业者内分泌功能的影响。工人精液生化指标和微量元素的测定结果,未见到与对照组有统计意义的差异。
The effects on reproductive function in 37 male workers of a flourescent lamp factorv were evaluated.The results showed that the mercury load level in workers increased when the mercury concentrations in working environment exceeded the MAC.The blood mercury level(0.058mg/L),the semen mercury level(0.027mg/ L)in exposed workers were significantly higher than those in control workers( 0.0104mg/L,0.0139mg/L),P<0.01 ).There were some influences on reproductive function in the exposed workers,such as the semen volume was decreased, the semen liquefaction time was prolonged,the sperm density and sperm count per ejaculation were reduced,sperm motility was decreased,and incidence of teratospermia was increased. The effects of mercury exposure on endocrine function in the workers were observed. There were no significant differences on semen biochemical indices and semen microelement between the exposed and the control workers.
