对某电信局长话台123名话务员的神经行为功能测试结果表明,接触组的情绪状态、反应时间、数字广度、手提敏捷度、视觉记忆均发生显著变化,数字译码和目标追踪─Ⅱ也有发生变化的趋势,表明长话接线工作对话务员的心理情绪状态、短时记忆力、注意力、模拟学习和思维能力、视觉感知和空间位置的判别、感知运动速度、手部快速运动的准确度以及眼手协调功能都有明显影响。在各工龄段比较时,控制了年龄混杂因素以后,发现接触组的疲劳情绪状态得分随工龄增加而显著增高,提示:长话接线工作对大脑有一定的抑制作用。数字广度、数字译码和视觉持留记忆随工龄增加,其得分显著降低,表明了长话接线工作对话务员的听觉记忆、视觉记忆、视觉感知、模拟学习及手部反应能力的影响随工龄延长而增强。
Neurobehavioral core test battery(NCTB) was applied to 123 female telephone operators for detecting the psychological effects due to noise exposure at work site. The results showed that the scores of positive mood states, digit span, Santa-Anna manual dexterity, and Benton visual retention of operators were significantly lower than those of controls. A descending trend of scores from digit symbol and pursuit aiming tests was found in the exposed group. Simple reaction time in the exposed group was longer than that in controls. It was also found that the scores of weary mood states increased and scores of digit span, digit symbol, and Benton visual rentention decreased with the prolongation of working-age in the exposed group. It is suggested that the psychological effects in telephone operators are mainly due to noise exposure during work.
