摘要
本文提出了由４个子系统组成的公路网规划的动态优化模型，计算了３类规划方案，并把以筹集资金为约束条件、以路网改善为目标的改善方案作为推荐方案。最后讨论了未来３０年公路网发展的资金对策。
The paper sets up a dynamic optimal model of highway network planning consisting of four subsystems,with three planning options calculated.The option of network improvement with the available fund as constraint condition is recom- mended.Finally,the investment policies for development of highway network in the coming three decades are discussed.
