摘要
我国企业股份制改造试点工作始于1984年,迄今已有近10年的历史。经过这10年的努力,我国企业股份制改造工作的效果如何?是否达到了其初衷和目的?还存在着什么问题?准确地了解和把握这些情况,无论对政府管理部门制订政策和确定下一步改革措施,还是对已经或正在准备进行股份制改造的企业把握改革方向,都具有重要的意义。
The state-owned shareholding companies form an important orgnization in managing the state-owned property in many market economy countries. In order to learn from the sucessful foreign experience and to promote the development to China' s state-owned shareholding companies, this article makes significant comparative study on over ten overseas state-owned shareholding companies. On that basis, this article explores the ways to set up and develop China' s state-owned shareholding companies. That is: based on large nd middle state-owned enterprises, developing various production and operation share-olding companies in the form of enterprise groups; setting up a number of investment shareholding companies and state property management companies as well as establishing some key shareholding companies to stablize social eeonomicorder.
