摘要
铝是一种并非人体所必需的微量元素。本文叙述了用石墨炉原子吸收法测定啤酒中铝。其灰化温度的选择极为重要,实验发现在1200℃时灰化,不加任何基体改进剂,在0.2nm狭缝,6mA的灯电流条件下工作,相对而言,其效果最佳。
Determination of aluminium in beer by GFAAS is described.The data suggestthat it is very important to control the ashing temperature.When the temperature was below 600℃,ashing was not full,and the sensitivity was lower. Over 1200℃ the result was unstable.The best result was obtained from ashing at 1200℃ without adding any matrix modifier,when the current ofholow cathode lamp was 6mA and slit width 0.2nm.
