不同心功能患者氧自由基变化的研究 被引量:9

CHANGES OF OXYGEN FREERADICALS IN PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT GRADES OF HEART FUNCTION

摘要 测定50例正常人和125例不同心功能心脏病患者红细胞SOD、血浆LPO及全血GSH-PX,并计算GSH-PX/LPO比值。结果表明:I~Ⅳ级心功能患者SOD活性及GSH-PX/LPO比值均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),但与心功能分级无明显相关关系,GSH-PX在不同心功能组间变化也无规律性,提示SOD活性变化只是心脏病损的表现之一,与心衰程度关系不大,LPO可作为心脏病损和心衰程度重要指标之一。在分析脂质过氧化程度时,GSH-PX/LPO比值较单用GSH-PX敏感,但GSH-PX/LPO比值是否较单用LPO敏感还有待更多的研究来证实。 Red blood cell SOD,plasma LPO,blood GSH-PX were measured andGSH-PX/LPO calculated in fifty normal persons and 125 patients with different grades ofheart failure The results showed that SOD activity and GSH-PX/LPO in patients with I~Ⅳ grades heart function were significtintly lower than the nomal group,but such decrement didnot correlate signiflcantly with the different grades of heart function, Also, there was regularityin the changes of GSH-PX among the different grades of heart function,Our results indicatedthat the changes of SOD activity were only an expression of heart leisons, and were not relatedto the degree of heart failure.LPO could be one of the important indicators in determining heartleisons and the degree of heart failure,In analyzing the degree of lipid poroxidation,GSH-PX/LPO is a more sensitire index than GSH-PX,but more data ase needed to confirmthat GSH-PX/LPO is a more sensitive index than LPO.
