摘要
研究了失配点接触齿面在安装误差作用下的啮合特性,导出了误差向量与名义计算点微分标形的关系以及安装误差对齿面接触特性的影响系数.证明了失配点啮合齿面的误差补偿特性.文中提出的误差分析理论可用来优化公差组合,在不提高加工精度的前提下大大改善齿轮副的啮合质量.
The contact problem of conjugate tooth surfaces under assembling error is discussed, and the relationship between displacement of the mean contact point and the assembling error vector is deduced in complete analytic form.This method can be used to optimize the manufacturing and assembling tolerances and greatly improves the assembling and meshing quality of gear drives.
