摘要
在国内外已有直缝焊接钢管成型力、轧制力矩的经验公式验算基础上,结合现场数据推导出了新的经验公式,即单架初成型力及轧制力矩、传动功率计算公式和多架水平辊轧制力、被动立辊成型力、立辊驱动力、导向环辊水平轧制成型力的计算公式。为便于掌握这些公式,还列出了168×6、8、10、13焊管生产过程中的应用实例。
The new experience formulae have been deduced on the basis of analysis to previous experience formulae of forming force and rolling torque in longitunally welded pipe. The formulae could be used to get following date:forming force 1 rolling torque: transmission power I rolling force of horizontal rolll driving force of vertical roll ;forming force of directive hoop roll. The application examples in 168×6, 8, 10, 13 welded pipe production, in this paper, are also given.
