铜与钢、不锈钢氩弧钎焊的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对铜与钢,铜与不锈钢异种金属氩弧钎焊工艺进行了研究,并成功地用于高效热交换器生产.着重介绍了焊接材料、工艺参数、接头力学性能、接头特点以及生产应用. TIG brazing process between dissimilar metals like copper and steel, copper and stainless steel are investigated and well-applied to production for high efficiency heat exchangers. The filler metals , procedure parameters, mechanical properties and joint characteristics are introduced in the paper. The results show that a good future to apply TIG brazing process is well -founded.
