摘要
对三种Ni-Cr-B-Si粉末喷焊层的腐蚀、于磨损和腐蚀磨损行为进行了研究.合金粉末中C,B,Si,Cr含量升高时,喷焊层的耐蚀性下降,而耐磨性提高.在腐蚀与磨损共存的条件下,两者协同作用加速材料流失.
Investigation on corrosion, dry abrasion and corrosive abrasion behaviors are carried out for spraying welded layers with three kinds of Ni-Cr-B-Si powders. The results show that as the content of C, B, Si and Cr increase, the corrosion resistance decrease but abrasion resistance increase. Under coexist condition of both corrosion and abrasion, the loss of layer metal mutually effected by both factors will be accelerated.
