摘要
通过对碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiCp/Al)微蠕变性能的测试及微观组织分析,研究了SiCp/Al复合材料微蠕变变形规律及机理。结果表明,SiCp/Al复合材料微蠕变变形行为可分为二个阶段:第一阶段是可动位错的耗尽阶段;第二阶段位错全面开动、增殖是引起材料微蠕变的主要原因。材料内的增强体颗粒、析出相可有效的提高材料的微蠕变抗力。
The deformation process and mechanism of microcreep of SiCp/Al composites are inves-tigated by the measurement of microcreep properties and analysis of transmlssion electron mi-croscopy,Results show that the process of microcreep deformation behavior of SICp/Al compos-ites can be divided into two;tages,the stage of moving dislocations defletion and the stage of dis-locations movement;the latter is the main cause of microcreep of SiCp/Al composites.The precip-itation phases and reinforcement particles in the SiCp/Al composites are important factors of in-creasing resistance to microcreep.
