摘要
用60Coγ射线10krad处理城特232/秀水37F0代水稻干种子,经稻瘟病病区多代筛选,培育成抗病突变体R917。1991、1992年经全省9个稻疾病病圃联合鉴定,抗性分别为0.89和1.0级。1992年经太湖稻区搜集的7个稻瘟病菌群中138个菌株接种鉴定,R917杭其中136个菌株,抗病频率为98.55%,双亲对其中的19个菌株均为感,而R917为抗。试验表明,R917是一个抗稻瘟病强,抗谱广的水稻突变体,可作为水稻品种改良的新抗源。
Rice F0 seeds were treatd with 10 krad of 60Coγ-rays,and blast resistance mutant R917was selected in the following ge nerations;The blast resistance was tested by inoculating themutant with 138 strains of Piricularia ocyzae artificially from nine blast regions in ZhjiangProvince,scale of blast resistance was only 0.89 and 1. 0 in 1991 and 1992 respectively.Therice mutant R917 was resistant to 136 blast fungus strains;The rate of blast resistance forR917 was higher than that of its parents,The mutant is likely to be used in rice breeding forvariety improvment.
