摘要
在实验室研制成富酪酵母,并用(51)Cr放射性示踪法研究了微量元素铬在富铬酵母的赋存状态.时富铬酵母的药理解释起一定的作用。富铭酵母中的铬有部分以有机形式GTF(葡萄糖耐量因子)存在.高活性的GTF能协助胰岛素维持正常糖耐量。
The chromium-rich yeast, as a trace element tonic with a supplementary curative effect on the diabetic and cardiovascular diseases, has been prepared in this work. The chromium species in the yeast was studied by using 51Cr tracer to elucidate the pharmacodynamics of the Cr-rich yeast. Chromium in the yeast partly exists in an organic species-glucose tolerance factor(GTF). The GTF with high activity can assist insulin to play a certain role in maintaining normal glucose tolerance.
