摘要
研究了用盖玻片着色方法确定电子射程,再对照不同能量电子在硅中的射程表,用线性插值法求得电子能量,由此得到测量加速器端电压的旋转伏特计读数Vr与电子能量E之间的关系曲线;用核反应法进行能量校准,它们之间的误差约为1.5%。此法简便易行.也较精确,是测量电子加速器能量的一种较好的方法。
This paper describes a method of measuring energy of electrons from accelerators. An electyon beam with a certain energy bombarding a set of stacked pieces of cover glass, will cause some of them to change color. The range of electrons in glass can be obtained. With the Berger's table for the ranges of electrons in silicon and with the linear interpolation the electron energy can be determined. Finally, an E-Vr curve (electron energy E versus the corresponding reading Vr of the rotary voltage meter) is established. A nuclear reaction method has been used for the energy calibration. The relative deviation is about 1.5%. Having advantages of simplicity, easiness and good accuracy, this method is quite well for measuring electron energy.
