摘要
对离子注入陶瓷材料引起的辐照损伤和材料力学性能、摩擦学性能的改善及陶瓷基体上金属薄膜的离子束混合增强粘着研究的进展进行了综述。
The progress in the studies on irradiation damage and modification in mechanical and friction properties of ceramics induced by ion Anplantation as well as enhanced adhesion between a thin metal film and a ceramic substrate by ion beam mixing is reviewed.
