摘要
通过试验研究认为，鸡腿蘑菌丝生长的最适碳源为葡萄糖和果糖，而对木质素的利用较差，最适氮源为蛋白胨，而对硫酸铵、尿素的利用较差，添加硫酸镁可促进菌丝的生长，而硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁不明显，硫酸铜有抑制作用，添加维生素Ｂ１能显著促进菌丝生长，维生素Ｂ２和维生素Ｈ次之。
The experiment showed that the best carbon resources of coprinus comatus hypha growth were glucose and fructose while lignin could not be better utilized,the best nitrogen resource was protein peptone while the utilzation of ammonum sulfate and carbamide was not as good.When adding magnesium sulfate, the hypha growth was improved but not so significant when adding zine sulfate.Ferrous sulfate and cupeic sulfate had an inhibitive effect.The most obvious effect of improving showed on the growth of hypha was when VB1 was added and then VB2 and VH.
