本文就我国人民的食物结构现状进行了分析，指出了当前食物结构上存在着的层次差别和营养合理化的差距，就我国食品市场消费的发展趋势，提出了关于食品多样化、高质量化、营养保健化以及绿色食品等的发展途径。
