摘要
本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对Ostrinia属5种近缘种4种酶的同工酶分析后发现亚洲玉米螟、欧洲玉米螟、宁夏苍耳螟和豆螟的同工酶均具多态现象。根据酶谱的差异,绘出了Os-trinia属5种近缘种的亲缘关系图,并利用Nei,M的遗传距离计算公式求得亚洲玉米螟和欧洲玉米螟之间的遗传距离是1.219,亚洲玉米螟与宁夏苍耳螟间的遗传距离为1.046,欧洲玉米螟与宁夏苍耳螟间为0.216。根据亚种间遗传距离在0.23左右的意见,作者首次认为宁夏苍耳螟是欧洲玉米螟的一个亚种。
Four kinds of isoenzymes(Est,MDH,LDH,ADH)of the five related species ofOstrinia were studied with polyacylamide gel electrophoresis,and polymorphiam was foundin the zymograms of Asian corn borer O. furnacalis(Guenee),European corn borer O. nubi-lalis(Hubner)and Ningxia siberian cocklebur pyralid O. spp.Their sibship’s drawings weremade according to the zymorgrams. With Nei’s formula,it was calculated that the geneticdistance between Asian corn borer and European corn borer was 1.219,the one betweenAsian corn borer and siberian cocklebur pyralid in Ningxia was 1.046,and the one betweenEuropean corn borer and Ningxia siberian cocklebur pyralid was0.216.In regard to the ge-netic distance,Ningxia siberian cocklebur pyralid should be regarded as a subspecies of Eu-ropean corn borer Ostrinia nubilalis(Hubner)。
