多效唑和缩节胺对小麦形态及生理效应的研究 被引量:14

摘要 在小麦不同的发育时期,拌种和喷洒多效唑(MET)和缩节胺(DPC)对小麦胚芽鞘和地中茎伸长都有一定的抑制作用,并可增加单株分蘖数,提高分蘖成穗率;拔节前处理能有效地控制节间长度和株高,并增加茎基部机械组织厚度,有利于培育壮苗和防止倒伏;能提高小麦植株的生理活性,使根活力增强,植株含糖量和叶片叶绿素含量增加。冬前处理能使越冬期植株含糖量提高,可有效地防御冬季冻害。浸种与喷施的多效唑浓度不宜过高,超过100×1O ̄(-6)抑制过甚,不利生长和子粒灌浆,甚至造成贪青晚熟和减产。 Both MET and DPC had the effects of restraining the extension of coleoptileand subteranean stem of wheat ,incressed the number of tiller of single plant and raised theratio of ear forming。 Seed soaking and treated before jointing could effectively control thelength between joints and the stem height ,increased the thickness of the mechanical tissueof the stem,and helped cultivate strong sprouts and prevent the plant from lodying。 METand DPC could also improve the physiological activities of plants ,strengthen the activitiesof roots ,and increase the sugar content of plants and the chlorophyllcontent of leaves。 Thesugar content of the wheat plants treated before winter was increased by 40%,which couldeffectively protect the wheat from freezing injury. But the concentration of MET for seedsoaking and spraying couldn′t be too high.When over 10×10 ̄(-6),it would overcontrol theplants, be disadvantageous to growth and seed filling ’ and even cause late-maturity anddrop in yield。
