摘要
对ＢｅｒｇａｍａｎＩ等人提出的分光光度测定羟脯氨酸的方法进行改进。改进后的方法减少了醛试剂用量、缩短了测定时间，简化了操作，且保持原方法灵敏度高、重现性好等特点，能满足羟脯氨酸快速测定的需要。
In this study,we have improved the spectroptometric method for the determination of hydroxyproline.The original method was presented by Bergman and Loxley.The improved methed can reduce the amount of using the expensive aldehyde reagent,shorten the determination time and simplify the operation procedure.The experimental results indicate that the improved method keeps the advantages of the original one,such as high sensitivity and good reproducibility.The new method can accelerate the determination of hydroxyproline.
