摘要
本文对郑州地区(34°43′N,113°39′E)淡色库蚊自然越冬过程中体内保幼激素和蜕皮激素的变化进行了分析。结果表明,越冬过程中血淋巴的保幼激素活性发生了显著变化。越冬前期和越冬后期蚊虫血淋巴可解除滞育卵泡的滞育状态,越冬期蚊虫的血淋巴则无此活性。根据滞育蚊在温度26±1℃、相对湿度70%~85%、光照16h/天条件下饲养72h,可以解除其卵巢滞育状态这一事实,作者认为从越冬前期到越冬期蚊虫咽侧体的抑制是由于当时光照逐渐缩短、气温逐渐下降影响的结果;越冬后期咽侧体的激活则有赖于光照时间的逐渐延长和气温的逐渐回升。咽侧体的抑制或激活带来了保幼激素性的降低或升高。越冬过程中全虫及血淋巴β-蜕皮激素的水平亦发生了显著的变化。越冬前期和越冬后期该激素水平较高,越冬期显著降低。基于蜕皮激素对蚊虫卵巢发育的调节作用,作者认为蜕皮激素与保幼激素协同作用调节蚊虫卵巢的滞育过程。
Studies on the hormonal control mechanism of follicle diapause of Culex pipi-ens pallens(Diptera : Culicidae)in Zhengzhou(34°43′N,113°39′E)indicated that the juvenilehormone(JH)was the main factor which associated with the occurence and termination ofreprodutive diapause. The significant variations of the acticities ofJHin the haemolymphtook place during hibernation. The haemolymph from pre- and post-overwintering femalescould terminate follicle diapause,but that could not from overwintering females. According tothe fact that the follicle diapause could be terminated by rearing the diapausing female underthe condition of the temperature 26±1℃,relative humidity 70~85%and photoperiod 16hours/day for 72 hours,the shorten photoperiod and decreased temperature could suppressedtheJH producing organ,corpora allata(CA)at pre-overwintering and overwintering stage,and the prolonged photoperiod and increased temperature could reactivated the CA at post-overwintering stage.The significant variations ofβ-moulting hormone(MH)level in thewhole body and haemolymph during hibernation were detected with RIA. The levels of MHdecreased significantly both in whole body and in haemolymph at overwintering stage.It ispossible that the follicle diapause was regulated by the combination of JH and MH.
