摘要
对16Mn合金钢试作进行了旋转弯曲疲劳极限的快速测定。六根试作试验结果表明,该方法与传统的升降法所得到的结果相比,其相对误差均小于5%。该方法只需一二根试件,在二三个小时内就可测定出材料的疲劳极限,可快速地为机械的疲劳设计提供可靠的数据。
Described a rapid test method for rotation bending fatigue strength of alloy steel. The Results of test on sin spacimens have shown that both the relative errors of the results obtained by this method and that obtained by the traditional rise and fall method are less than 5%. When using this method one or two specimens are only needed and the fatigue strength of the material can be tested and determined rapidly within two or three hours. It can provide reliable data for mechanical faligue design.
