摘要
本文利用光学显微镜观察了由禾谷镰刀菌(FusariumgraminiearumSchw.)、禾生腐霉菌(PythiumgraminicolaSubram.)侵染所致玉米茎腐病的细胞病理变化。结果表明:混合接种后,禾谷镰刀菌先于禾生腐霉菌浸入寄主根表皮及皮层细胞;两种菌丝侵入组织细胞方式不同,禾谷镰刀菌可直接穿破细胞壁或经细胞间隙向中柱伸进。而禾生腐霉菌是寻细胞间隙运行或在细胞破清处向内皮层方向侵染;禾谷镰刀菌进入中柱后主要分布于韧皮部,而禾生腐霉菌主要寄生在导管及死细胞中。
This paper studied the changes of cellular pathology of corn stalk rot infected by FusariumGrandniearum Schw.and Pythium Graminicola Subram,under the opitical microscope.The resultshowed that F.G.S.entered the cuticulea and conical cell of the root of host plants earlier than P. G.S.,after mixed inoculation.the ways that two kind of hyphae invaded cells of host plant were different;the hyphae of F.G.S.directly penetrated the cell wall or passed through the intercellulas spacesof the cell wall and then spread towards cortex, while the hyphae of P.G.S.entered through intercellular space or the places where the cells were broken and then spread towards endodermis.After entering the stele,the hypbae of F.G.S.located mainly over the phloem, while the hyphae of P.G.S.settled mainly in the xylem and dead cells.
