摘要
研究了不同激素配比和磁场处理对小麦幼胚离体培养效果的影响。研究表明0.1毫克/升的4pu—30和2毫克/升的2,4-滴加入继代培养基后,能显著促进愈伤组织生长,提高幼苗分化率。弱磁场短时间处理,也能获得良好的离体培养效果。
The present paper studied the effect of different growth hormones proportion and magnetic field treatment on immature embryo culture. The result showed that adding 0.1mg/l 4pn -30 and 2mg/1 2,4 -D in subculture medium can improve the growth of callus remarkably,and increase frequency of regenerated seedlings.Good effect of in vitro culture can be obtained by weak magnetic field and short time treatment.
