摘要
经复合盐(NaCl+NaHCO3)压力选择获得的水稻体细胞无性系变异体647-4,其种胚出愈率随pH升高而下降,但变幅较小,在pH7.5时仅下降11个百分点;脯氨酸含量随pH上升增加的不迅速。复合让对愈伤相对生长量和分化率的影响较单盐(NaCl)重,不同品种愈伤受羟脯氨酸的抑制程度不同,其中,647-4较轻。
