摘要
本文介绍利用MCS-51系列单片机开发的感性负载交流调压单相反并联可控硅数字触发电路,分析了有限电感和大电感性负载下对触发脉冲宽度的要求,阐明了在该系统中采用长脉冲列触发的道理,并给出了硬件电路图和软件程序流程图.
A single phase anti-parallel thyristor digital trigger circuit developed by monolithic microcomputer MCS-51 is described.Triggering current pulse duration with LR and L load is analysed .and the herdware circuit diagram and software,program flow chart are also given.
