摘要
用不同浓度的叠氨化钠处理小麦种子,研究M_1代种子萌发和幼苗生长过程中性状和酶活性的变化。结果表明,在0.2到2.0mmol·L ̄(-1)浓度范围内,叠氮化钠抑制种子萌发和生长,抑制去氢酶和过氧化物酶活性随萌发过程的增高。低浓度叠氮比物(0.002mmol·L ̄(-1))处理刺激幼苗生长,提高酶的活性,在一定萌发时期内,去氢酶活性和过氧化物酶活性与幼苗高度显著正相关,2mmol·L ̄(-1)叠氮化钠处理,M_1代结实率为81.5%。叠氨化物不改变酯酶同工酶酶带数目和迁移率,但对酶带颜色有一定影响。
The changes of characters and activities of ebzymes of M_1 wheat seed were studied during germi-nation and seedling growth fllowing the trdatments of sodium azide of several concentrations.The experimcntal re-sults showed that within the concentration extents from 0.2 to 2.0mmol·L ̄(-1),sodium azide inbibited germina-tion and seedling growth,and increases of enzyme activities along with germination course.Low concentration azide treatment(0.002 mmol·L ̄(-1))stimulated seedling growth and enbanced enzyme activities.With a certaingermination pericd,activities of dehydrogenase and peroxidase correlated positively with seedling height significant-ly.The azide solution of the highest concentration resulted in 81.5%fertioity in M_1 generation .Sodium azide hadno effect on the quantity of dsterase isoenayme but changed the intensities of some isoenaymes.
