摘要
大鼠腹腔注射鸡屎藤的活性成分──二甲基二硫化物(5%)混悬液0.8~2ml/kg,明显易化青霉素致大鼠大脑皮层癫痫放电:爆发性高波幅尖波连续发放型癫痫放电频率增加(n=20,P<0.01);持续性多棘波型癫痫放电振幅增高;阵发性多棘波型癫痫放电异常放电指数增多。部分动物用药后出现呼吸抑制、心率变慢、心电图波形改变以及一过性脑波等电位现象。结果提示:二甲基二硫化物具有明显的中枢神经毒性作用。
Epileptiform discharges of rats, which were induced by systemic penicillin, were significantly facilitated after the administration of Paederia scandens─dimethyl disulfide,(0.8~2mg/kg, ip) : the voltage of continuous high─amplitude sharp wave and continuning spike became higher;the index of abnormal discharges of paroxysmal polyspikes were increased.In addition,inhibition of respiration, decreased heart rate and tranient flatting EEG were observed.The results showed the neurotoxic action of an active component of Paederia scandens -dimethyl disulfide.
