摘要
本文研究了在十二烷基苯磺酸钠存在下,meso-四(3-溴-4-羟基-5-甲氧基苯基)卟啉与铜的显色反应。络合物的最大吸收波长为420nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为2.4×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1).铜含量在0~6.0μg/(25ml)范围内符合比尔定律,络合物的组成为Cu(Ⅱ):T(BHMOP)P=1:2,本法已用于水样中痕量铜的测定,其结果与原子吸收法(AAS)基本一致。
The colour reaction of copper(Ⅱ)with meso-tetra(3-bromo-4-hydroxy-5-methoxy phenyl)porphyrin[T(BHMOP)P] in the presence of sodium dodecyl ben-zene Sulforade(SDBS)has been studied. The complex has a maximun absorption at 420nm with a molar absorptivity of 2.4×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for cop-per(Ⅱ)concentration in the range of 0~6 μg/(25ml).The ratio of Cu(Ⅱ):T(BHMOP)P in the complex is 1:2.The method has been applied to the determination oftrace copper(Ⅱ)in water samples. The resalts abtained are very close to those byatomic absorption spectrophotometry.
