摘要
采用犬体外循环模型,观察广枣-钾停搏液在低温下对心脏缺血90min,再灌注45min的保护作用。实验结果显示:广枣-钾停搏液组心功能恢复率较单纯托马氏停搏液组为高;心肌水、钙含王及氧自由基含量明显降低。电镜观察心肌超微结构亦显示前者的保护作用明显优于后者。广枣与托马氏液合用,能加强对心脏的保护作用。本文对广枣护心的作用机制作了讨论。
Fructus choerospondiatis)is a kind of
Mongolian traditional medicinalherbs. Myocardial protective effect of guangzao-potassium
cardiac arrest solution(GPS)wereevaluated in dog extracorporal circulation model after 90 min
ischemia and after 45 min reper-fusion under hypothermic condition。The results showed that
the heart function recovery ratewas higher in GPS group than that of the simple St
Thomas'hospital solution(STS)group.Myocardial water content,calcium ion and oxygen free
radical levels of GPS groupwere significantly lower than that of STS group,The ultrastructural
study confirmed its bet-ter myocardial protection. Pharmacological mechanism of
Guangzao-potassium solution wasdiscussed.
