摘要
本文建立了齿轮传动系统的振动模型.推导了齿轮传动系统的振动微分方程.提出了预测齿轮单个轮齿在啮合过程中的起振力的计算方法.并与该轮齿在实际传动过程中的实测起振力作了比较。结果表明.本文提出的预测单个轮齿起振力的方法是一种较有效的方法。
The vibrating model is established and the differential equation is deducted for the gear transmission system. The exciting force at individual tooth in meshing gear is calculated and compared with the actual .measured value. The result shows that the method of predicting exciting force at tooth put forward is effective.
