摘要
作者通过静脉给药探测 ̄3H-天麻甙元和 ̄3H-天麻素在小鼠体内的分布,并采用硅胶薄板层析法对注射 ̄3H-天麻素的小鼠组织提取液的放射性成份进行分析,研究了二者在小鼠体内的分布和代谢过程。结果显示:天麻素(Gastrodin)可以透过血脑屏障进入脑内,并在脑、血及肝中迅速分解为天麻甙元(Gastrodigenin),然后以天麻甙元的形式存留在脑组织内,发挥中枢镇静作用。天麻甙元和天麻素都主要经肾脏排泄,天麻素在小鼠体内可能存在肠肝循环。
The biodistribution and metabolismof ̄3H-gastrodigenin and  ̄3H-gastrodin after intra-venous injection were studied by the detection of theirradioactivity in mice tissue; the radioactive elements ofmice tissue extracts after intravenous injection of  ̄3H-gastrodin were analyzed with thin-layer chromatogra-nhy(TLC).The results demonstrated that gastrodincould penetrate through the blood-brain barrier intothe brain,and it was rapidly decomposed into the gas-trodigenin in brain, liver and blood. Then gastrodi-genin preserved in brain and mediated its pharmacolog-ical inhibitive effects on the central nervous system.Most of the gastrodigenin and gastrodin were excretedby the kidney. The findings also suggested that gas-trodin might exist in the enterohepatic circulation.
