摘要
应用ＣＰＡ矩阵分光光度法，选取２９０～３００ｎｍ间的六个波长点为最佳测定波长，定量测定了增效联磺片中三组份的含量。三被测组份的平均百分回收率和相对标准偏差分别为：磺胺嘧啶９９．６，１．８１％；磺胺甲基异唑１０１．５，３．６８％；甲氧苄胺嘧啶１００．２，２．７４％。方法简便精确，可用于增效联磺片的质量控制。
CPA-Matrix spectrophotometry was applyed to determination for three components.The recoveries and RSD were used to select the analytical wavelengths.Six wavelengths between 290～300 nm were selected for the deter mination,The recoveries for each com ponents Were 99.6～101.5% with the RSD(%) ranged 1.81～3.68.
