摘要
具有不同平移运动速度的目标和背景图像在三维频域中形成两个分别与目标和背景运动参数有关的能量聚积平面,提出了用霍夫变换检测这两个平面、确定背景和目标的运动参数的方法。该方法可用于连续多帧图像情况下在低信噪比时估计运动目标的参数。
The characteristics of an image sequence of a weak moving target in a 3-D frequency do-main are discussed.A mathematical analysis shows that,owing to the different translatingvelocities of the background and the target,two energy accumulating planes correspondingrespectively to the motion parameters of the background and of the target are formed.TheHough Transform technique is used to detect the accumulation planes in the 3-D frequencydomain and a method for determining the motion parameters of both the background and thetarget is proposed.
