摘要
报导了邻香草酸与甘氨酸所形成的席夫碱钾盐及其与CU(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)金属离子生成的配合物,并用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、热重一差热分析以及摩尔电导等表征.抗菌活性实验表明O-VGK和O-VGNi对白色念珠球菌及新型隐球菌均有较好的杀菌作用.
The schiff base derived from o-Vanillin and glycine and its complexes of Cu (Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) have been synthesized and characterized by elementalahalysis, TG-TDA, IR, UV/Vis, IH NMR and conductivity measurement. Theresults of preliminary test for antifungal activity show that o-VGK and o-VGNi exhibit strong inhibitory action towards cryptococcus neoformans and candida albicans.
