逆温对水稻幼苗SOD和CAT活性及其同工酶的影响 被引量:8

摘要 水稻幼苗在逆温下SOD和CAT活性平行地变化,40℃下处理,10h以内活性渐升.40℃下处理6h后恢复培养,或在4℃下处理不同时间,W6154S和华03的反应有差别.逆温下2种酶的同工酶都出现新酶带. The activities of superoxdie dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in rice seedling changes scmultaneously at temperature stress. When the incubation temperature is 40℃,during 2 h- 10 h,SOD and CAT activites ascend higher and higher. Rice 'W6154S' and 'Hua 03' respond differently to the temperature strees.during a subsequent incubation at 25℃ following by a preincubation at 40℃ for 2h, 4 hand 6 h or incubation at 4℃ for 6 h and 10 h respectively. SOD and CAT isozymes of the two strain was assayed by polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis. It cdn be seen that there are one or two new bands,and their migration rates are fast.
