摘要
对改良托普索型双层中间换热径向式氨合成反应器,建立了生成氨的瞬时速率随径向半径变化的方程及适用于该反应器的换热数学模型。用此模型参考设计条件对该反应器进行了模拟计算,其结果与设计参数和实际观察值较为吻合。
n this paper,an equation was deduced to apply to calculating the rate of change of the producedammonia with change in radial radius in the axial-radial synthesis reactor,and a mathematical modelof this reactor was also established by integrating with the heat effect of synthetical reaction and theheat exchange in this rcactor.by comparing the calculated results with the measured results.It ls con-cluded that this model can be fited with actual reaction.
