摘要
本文报道了新显色剂3-氯-4-(4-甲基-2-胂酸基苯基重氮氨基)偶氮苯的合成、纯化及结构分析。并且研究了该试剂与Cd、Hg等离子的显色反应。研究结果表明:在弱碱性介质中,有非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100的存在下,该试剂与Cd^(2+)、Hg^(2+)的显色反应具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,可望该试剂在这些离子的光度测定中获得应用。
A new color reagent 3 - chloro - 4 - ( 4 - methyl - 2 - arsonobenzenedia-zoamino)azobenzene (CMADAB)was synthesized,purified and verified by elementary analysis (EA) and infred spectrum(IR). The color reaction of this reagent with cadmium and mercury ion was also studied. The results show that in the presence of nonionic surfactant Triton X - 100 and at weak alkaline medium, the reagent reacts with cadmium and mercury to form stable red complex.The reaction have a good selectivity and a high semitivity. The reagent will be applied in the determination of trace cadmium and mercury in the further.
