外延AgCl/AgBr(I)立方体颗粒乳剂的电性质与感光性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用取向附生技术,于切角AgBr(I)主晶的八个切角处成功地外延生长了AgCl相,形成了外延AgCl/AgBrI立方体颗粒乳剂,该外延体系为分立的AgBrI相与AgCl相组成的复相结构,其介电频散图呈现分立的双峰之,分别相应于这两个相对离子电导的贡献,其光电子衰减过程由—慢—快两个一级动力学过程所组成,外延使光电子的数量及平均寿命得到适度的控制和优化。外延乳剂的感光度明显高于其主晶乳剂,这与外延作用优化了颗粒电性质,有利于潜影集中并实现选择性显影有关。 Abstract Three cpitaxial AgCl/ AgBr(I) cubic emulsion grains were prepared successfully by cpitaxial deposition of AgCl on (111) surfaces of three tetradecahedra AgBr(I) host grains made at the condition of different pAg values by microcomputer-controlled balance double-jet method. X-ray diffraction patterns of these epitaxial emulsion grains indicated separated two-phase structure corresponding or host AgBr(I) phase and new AgCl one respectively, which implied there is no Strong dissolution between AgBr(I) and AgCl. The dielectric loss curves of epitaxial grains showed two separated peaks corresponding to the contributions of AgBr(I) host phase and AgCl epitaxial one to ionic conductivity respectively. The decay process of photoconductivity for both host and epitaxial grains was composed of a slower one and a fast one, each of which obeys first-order kinetic rule. The epitaxial procedure modified effectively the amount and mean lifetime of photoelectrons. The photosensitivities of epitaxial emulsions were much higher than that of hoSt emulsions, which can be attributed to an optimization of electric properties due to epitaxial growth to the advantage or fat6nt image concentration and selective development.
