摘要
本文报道了利用McMurry反应,由丙酮还原偶联合成2,3—二甲基丁烯—2(DMB—2)的实验结果。实验考察了镁粉还原四氯化钛的时间、丙酮与四氯化钛之比等因素对DMB—2收率的影响。探讨了低价钛试剂活性物的价态与DMB—2收率之间的关系。实验表明,大部分DMB—2是在最初几分钟内生成的,每摩尔的低价钛试剂最多可转化9摩尔以上的丙酮。
his paper reports the reductive coupling of acetone to 2 , 3 -dimthyl - 2 -butene by thelow-vaient titanium reagent. The reaction parameters such as the time of reduction of TiCl_4 by Mgpowder, the ratio of acetone to TiCl_4 etc. were investigated. The relation between the yield of BMD-2 and the valent state of titanium spoies is discussed. In the McMurry rcaction most of the BMD-2 are formed in the firet several minutes. It is found that one mole of titanium reagent can con.vert more than nine moles of acetone.
