真菌孢子和棉籽壳吸附金(Au^(3+))的研究

摘要 芽枝状枝孢霉(Cladosporiumcladosporioides)的孢子和棉籽壳对金有吸附作用,1.0g孢子和棉籽壳的最大吸附量分别为200mg,100thgAu(3+),测定了几个因素对吸附作用的影响,结果表明,孢子吸附金的量随着孢子和金接触时间的延长而增加,在一定的条件下,孢子量越多,吸附量则越低。用不同方法处理后,吸附量有明显的提高,经粉碎的棉籽壳,吸附量由63.29mg增加到109.72mgAn(3+)/g,孢子经60℃干燥后吸附量由132.23mg增加到218.31mgAn(3+)/g,电镜观察表明,金沉积在孢壁和棉籽壳的表面上。 Adsorption of gold (Au3+) by the spores of cladosporium cladosporiodes and cottonseed shell was investigated.The maximum adsorptiye amounts were 200 and 100mg An3+/g for the spores and the cottonseed shell respectively,Several factors affecting adsorptive capacity were tested. The results showed that the longer time the spores contacted with gold,the higher the adsorptive capacity was.On the contrary, the greater the quantity of the spores, the smaller the adsorptive capacity was .If the spores and cottonseed shell were treated by several methods, their adsorptive capacity would markedly increased. After the cottonseed shell was smashed, its adsorptive capacity increased from 63 .29 to 109.72mg An3+/g.When the spores were dried in 60t for about 10h,its adsorptive capacity increased from 132.23 to 218.31mg An3+/g.The electro microscope observation showed that gold deposited, on the suface of the spores and Cottonseed shell.
