摘要
采用沉淀法新工艺,可充分地脱除氰化电积贫液中铜、铁、锌等杂质离子,还有效地回收金和部分游离氰根,经处理后的贫液可返回使用,实现闭路循环。本文对沉淀过程及电积贫液净化前后对提金过程影响的机理进行了系统分析。最后指出,该工艺可望用于净化其它提金过程产生的氰化贫液。
Through the employment of the new technology of precipitation method,the impure ions of copper, iron, zinc etc in the cyanide barren liquor of gold electrowinning can be fully removed, and the gold and part of free cyanide ions can be recovered effectively.The barren liquor treated can be sent bath for reuse to carry out closed circulation. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the influence of precipitation process and the barren liquor of gold electrowinning before and after purification on gold extractionprocess. This technology can be expeetedly used to purify cyanide lean liquor from other gold extraction process.
