摘要
研究了适于采煤机截齿齿体用ZG45Si2Mn2MoVRE钢。该钢通过适当的热处理可得到大量板条马氏体加少量针状马氏体的组织;在具有较高硬度和强度的同时具有较高的冲击韧性。可以满足齿体性能的要求,是代替常用锻造齿体材料35CrMnSi钢的一种适用铸钢。
Abstract In this paper,the low-alloy high strength cast-steel ZG45Si2Mn2MoVRE was designed and melted. The result shows that after being quenched and followed by low temperature tempering,the microstructure consists of mainly lath like martensite and a little acicular martensite, and the casting steel has high strength and hardness,as well as excellent toughness. This casting steel can be used instead of forging 35CrMnSi steel for making cutter pick.
