摘要
通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜(SEM)等试验,以高铬铁素体不锈钢为对象,对焊接接头区域的显微组织特征进行了研究,并对焊接热影响区(HAZ)粗晶倾向、析出物及断口形态进行了分析。结果表明,铁素体不锈钢焊接热影响区晶粒粗大和TiN、TiC及β-Cr2N等析出物的析出是导致脆化的主要原因。
Abstract Microstructural characteristics in welding joint zone of high Cr ferritic stainless steel was researched by means of metalloscope, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) etc. Trend of grain coarsing, precipitation of tiny particles and shape of breaking see non in the welding heat affected zone (HAZ) were further analysed. Experimental results indicate that grain coarsing and precipitation of tiny particles (TiN,TiC and β-Cr2N etc. ) in the HAZ are probably the main causes resulting in welding HAZ brittleness of the ferritic stainless steel.
