摘要
针对工程中常见的二态数据,建立了Logistic分布的置信限曲线方程,给出了其百分位值和百分率的置信限与容忍限公式。从而可以求得Logistic分布百分位值和百分率的置信区间与容忍区间,并可以对百分位值和百分率的各种条件和假设进行检验。
The equations for confidence limit curves of Logistic distributions are established in this paper.Theformulas for confidence limits of percentiles and percentages and tolerance limits of Logistic distributions are givenby the rnaximum likelihood method. The one-sided confidence limits and two-sided confidence intervals of per-centiles and percentages can be obtained,and the one-sided tolerance limits and two-sided tolerance intervals of Lo-gistic distributions may be calculated by these formulas. They are applicable to the failure-and-success data,the go-no-go data,the zero-and-one data and so on.
