摘要
采用裂纹扩展微机自动测试系统,研究了热处理对40CrMnSiMoVA(GG-4)超高强度钢腐蚀疲劳(CF)裂纹扩展行为的影响。结果表明,不同热处理时GC-4钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的CF裂纹扩展曲线上,都出现了类似于应力腐蚀的平台区,而且随等温温度升高,平台区裂纹扩展速度大大降低,这与材料的显微组织特性有关,研究表明,氢脆在GC-4钢的腐蚀疲劳中起重要作用。
In this paper,the influence of heat treatment on the corrosion fatigue(CF)crack propagation prop-erties of 40CrMnSiMoVA(GC-4)ultra high qtrerigth steel was investigated using an auto-crack-measure micro-computer system. The results shown that there exists a platform region on the CF crack propagation curves of GC-4steel of all heats in3.5/NaCl solution,which is similar to SCC。The crack propagation rate in platform region decreases remarkably with the rise of ternpering ternperature. The material with different heats has different mi-croscopiC structure,which directly influences its CF behaviour.The crack growth rate of martensitic GC-4 steel isthree times higherthan that of bainite GC-4 steel.It is also shown that hydrogen ernbrittlement plays an importantrole in CF crack propagatlon of GC-4 steel。
