摘要
通过用不同剂量的 ̄(60)Co—γ射线辐照硫磺软膏、鞣酸软膏、土肥氏软膏及辐照后贮藏效应的研究表明,γ辐照对软膏剂灭菌效果显著,杂菌存活量随辐照剂量及辐照后的贮藏时间增加而降低。对于上述三种软膏,最适辐照剂量为2.0—4.0KGy。
The effects of irradiation and storage,as well as the optimun dose,are studied with Tannic AcidOintment and Sulfur Ointment and Compound pine tar Ointment dealed with different dosages of Co 60γray. The results show that γ is very effective to kill the germs and moulds in the tested medicines,and thatthe number of the bacteria deceases with the dosage increasing. The optimun irradiation for the three ointmentis 2. 0 4.0KGY.
