摘要
用28、56rdγ射线单一和加5、15、25minN_2激光处理水稻干糙米,经发芽后,测定各处理胚芽中17种氨基酸的含量,结果表明:两种剂量的γ射线单一处理均能使所测17种氨基酸中的多数,其含量降低。而加适当剂量的N_2激光辐照,可使多数氨基酸的含量得到回升,甚至超过对照。这些研究结果表明:一定剂量的激光对于因γ射线辐射引起的氨基酸含量降低的异常生化现象,具有修复作用。
The drying brown rice were treated by dosage of 28 rad and 56 rad r-ray respec-rively and r-ray complex with N_2 laser which dosage were 5,15,25mins. The l7 Kindds ofamino acid content of bud were analysed. The results indicated that many amino acids contentwere reduced by r-ray treatment,but many amino acids content were increased back or morethan control by r-ray complex with appropriate N_2 laser treatment. These research resultsshows that non-normal biochemical phenomenon of amino acid content reduced by r-raytreatment can be repaired by appropriate dosage of N_2 Laser .
